Clinical Significance	Non-invasive prenatal test is a screening test for chromosomal aneuplodies from the fetal DNA present in maternal blood. Chromosomal Trisomy, Monosomy, sex chromosome aneuploidy, 140 types of copy number variations(CNVs) and CNVs greater than 7Mb are detected by using next-generation sequencing (NGS) at 10 weeks gestational age.
